3. "ElGir" Docflow Management Information System

"ElGir" Docflow Management Information System is developed for the efficient management of business processes in the organization. The system enables management of document circulation, simultaneously including traditional secretarial duties in the electronic document flow. "ElGir" implements efficient management of electronic documents, work processes, orders, as well as electronic information exchange with other similar systems.

Electronic Documents Management - input, registration, creation, and storage of documents, application of digital signature, classification of documents in corresponding folders, definition of their access, registration of document history, search according to the documents’ data and content.
Work Processes Management - provision of document coordination and development, electronic assigns and control, provision of fixed procedures for implementation of assigns and communication between employees during business processes.
Orders Management - organization of registration and coordination of orders and relevant materials, as well as search and edition, etc
Electronic information exchange with other similar systems - information transfer as an attached file, as well as in XML format
Working hours Management - Working hours fixing, time-tables formation and reporting

Basic "ElGir" package costs 600,000 AMD. Addition of extra functions is possible within the system localization on the customer’s demand.
In case of "ElGir" service order the system is installed FREE OF CHARGE and 1 year service contract costs 100,000 AMD per month.
4. Human Resources Management Information System
(jointly with "CHS Vericel Service")
NORK Information-Analytical Center offers Human Resources Management Information System. It is created for the efficient organization and management of HR department operations.

NORK implements creation and investment of Inventory Information System for STS. The system allows calculating tangible property of the company, controlling their movement and enhancing efficiency of inventory. The program also gives opportunity:
