Data Exchange Information System has been designed and is maintaining by "Nork" Information-Analytical Center. The role and importance of Data Exchange Information System lies in the fact that, the information existing in a database won’t be input twice; the information from the primary database will be used. Through this system the data exchange between databases of social sphere and other Governmental institutions are carried out, such as:

• Social Security Cards IS
• Employers and Job Seekers Registration IS
• Disabled Persons Registration IS
• Family Benefit IS
• Child Benefit IS
• Registration of Children in Difficult Conditions of Life IS
• Charitable Projects Registration IS
• State Labor Inspection IS
• Civil Acts Registration Office of the Ministry of Justice of RA
• Police of RA 
• The Ministry of Transport and Communication of RA
• State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre of RA
• State Property Management Department of RA
• State Register Agency of Legal Entities of the Ministry of Justice of RA

Thus, a number of problems are solved, such as:

• Availability, reliability and update of common data
• Exclusion of information copies (duplicates) 
• Elimination of the necessity for information comparing
• Lack of the necessity for information exchange with other devices
• Exclusion of the necessity for submission references by citizens, exclusion of unnecessary red tape.
